WHO WE ARE
Help the Amputee Foundation (HAFD) is a unique charity organization that assists the victims of insurgent attacks. Using our experience, we created this charity organization to assist hospital professionals throughout Africa/Oversea to render care to the amputees affected by bokoharam attack in the Northeast and other part of Nigeria.
Help the Amputee Foundation(HAFD) assists amputees by providing essential support needed and provide information that will be relevant to start a new life. They are as follow:
- Medical Expenditures
- Clinical treatment
- Total hip(s) and knee replacement
- Provision of prosthetic limbs and restoration of mobility for them to carry on with activities of daily living and also grant them means of livelihood.
HAFD will continue to support these people through rehabilitation for future employment and recreational therapy like sports which will require adaptation and specialist intervention.
